Return Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

We want you to love your shirt. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Misprints or flawed prints
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong items shipped (different size, style, or color than ordered)

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing mistakes, or slight color differences from your screen, because all shirts are uniquely printed per order and cannot be resold.

2. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

3. How We Help

If the issue is clearly our fault (misprint, defect, wrong product), we’ll:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Offer a full refund (your choice).

We may ask you to send photos of the issue so we can confirm quickly.

4. What You Pay (and What We Pay)

  • If the problem is our fault, we cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label.
  • For returns not related to quality, you are responsible for return shipping.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refund & Exchange Options

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item (or immediately if keeping it).
  • Store credit: You can choose store credit instead of a cash refund, which is often faster.
  • Exchange: We’ll replace your item with the correct size, color, or style at no extra cost if the original was our error.

6. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at shellhashrepublic@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number.
    • A short explanation of the issue.
    • 1–2 photos if it’s a print or damage problem.
  3. We’ll reply within 3–5 business days with instructions: replacement, refund, or return label.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

Non‑returnable unless proven defective:

  • Any printed t‑shirt from our store (front‑print or all‑over designs).
  • Correctly printed items that don’t match your expectations (e.g., size, color, style, fit).

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with the effective date.
