SHIPPING POLICY
Shell Hash Republic uses a professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner. All orders are produced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s facilities.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), fulfillment may take slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates for orders shipped within the United States (rates are subject to change without notice):
- $5.00 base shipping fee for the first item
- +$1.50 for each additional item
Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more (before tax).
Exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on the items in your cart.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped via a reliable carrier service (typically a hybrid UPS/USPS solution). Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

Note: These are carrier estimates. Actual delivery can vary due to carrier volume, weather, customs (for territories), or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Track your package directly through the link in the email or on the carrier’s website.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after the fulfillment notification for tracking to become active.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed (beyond 30 days from shipping date), please contact us at shellhashrepublic@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
Some orders with multiple items may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities. You will still be charged only the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Changes to Shipping Address
We cannot change the shipping address after the order has been placed and accepted for fulfillment. Please double-check your address at checkout.
